To fuel our continuous growth and market expansion, we rely on the support of investors that value innovation as much as we do. Prior investors such as Pritzker Group Venture Capital and Insight Venture Partners shared our vision and have empowered us to transform the facilities maintenance industry and develop our world-class technology platform, One by SMS Assist.

Today we are celebrating the next wave of growth for SMS Assist. We are thrilled to announce that we have raised $150 million in Series D funding in capital managed by Goldman Sachs Investment Partners. This brings our total venture funding to $258 million.

This investment allows SMS Assist to continue developing our technology and capabilities as we move closer towards our goal of servicing one million unique locations.

The Goldman Sachs Investment Partners Private Investments team has also led the firm’s growth equity investments in Uber, Facebook, Spotify and Pinterest.
